Your privacy is important to us and it is Lifemere’s policy to protect your privacy. This includes information we may collect from you while using our website. Accordingly, we have developed our privacy policy to explain how we collect, use, communicate, disclose and make use of personal information. Lifemere’s privacy policy is as follows:
Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.

- We will make readily available to our customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles to ensure the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained. Lifemere may change its privacy policy from time to time, and at Lifemere’s discretion.
Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day time limit up to when purchased goods can be returned for a (full) refund or exchange. If 30 days have expired since your purchase we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. These include the following:
- Any item which is not in its original condition, which damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you have still not received your refund, please contact us at orders@lifemere.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items which are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please send us an email and send your item to: PO Box 8389, Toowoomba South, 4350, Australia.
Shipping
To return your product please post your item to: PO Box 8389, Toowoomba South, 4350, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping and Delivery
Lifemere uses Australia Post plugin to calculate live shipping costs. Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method of the customer.
