During a recent visit to the Dysphagia Unit of Prof Pere Clavé in Barcelona (using the RoseCup system in Dysphagia treatment and research) Lifemere was asked to design special attachments for the RoseCup system to specifically address the feeding challenges in Cerebral Palsy. Several clinicians pointed this need out to us in the past as well.
Lifemere invites anyone with knowledge and/or personal experience of the feeding difficulties in Cerebral Palsy to contact us, especially if you have used the RoseCup system in feeding a client with CP.
We are interested in your experience of the problems to feed the client as well as suggestions of how we could change the device to address the problems.
Early feedback (before September 2024) will be appreciated, but later contributions will be accepted as well.

The RoseCup is a registered as a Class 1 Medical Device with the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration TGA. (All medical devices marketed in Australia must meet the requirements which are set out in Chapter 4 of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989, and in the Therapeutic Goods (Medical Devices) Regulations 2002.)
